Terms of Service & Refund Policy
2215 Publishing sells licenses to original instrumentals ("beats") as instant digital downloads. This page explains what you're buying, how delivery and payment work, and how refunds are handled.
Who we are
2215 Publishing is the beat store of producer Jerome “Jigg” Andrews. Every instrumental in the catalog was written and produced by him. Questions about any order or license: contact@2215publishing.com.
What you're buying
Each beat is offered under three license options, priced on the beat's page and at checkout:
- MP3 Lease — a non-exclusive license with an untagged 320kbps MP3 and your lease agreement (PDF).
- WAV Lease — the same non-exclusive license with the full-quality WAV file and your lease agreement (PDF).
- Exclusive Rights — an exclusive license with the WAV file and a signed exclusive rights agreement (PDF). The beat is retired from the store after purchase.
In plain English: a lease lets you record and commercially release your song on the beat within the agreement's usage limits (up to 100,000 combined streams, downloads, and views), with production credit to Jerome “Jigg” Andrews; the producer keeps ownership of the beat and may license it to other artists. Exclusive rights remove the usage caps and open sync opportunities (with per-placement approval), while authorship and copyright of the underlying composition remain with the producer as set out in the agreement. Leases do not include sync (film/TV/advertising) placement rights.
The PDF agreement delivered with your files is the governing document for your purchase — this page is a summary. For plain-English explanations, see the artist guides, especially What Is a Beat Lease? and Exclusive Rights Explained.
Delivery
Orders are delivered instantly: after checkout you get an immediate download link on-screen and by email, containing your audio files and license agreement. If your download doesn't arrive, arrives incomplete, or contains the wrong files, email contact@2215publishing.com and we will re-send or correct it promptly.
Payment & security
Checkout is handled by Payhip, with payment processed securely by Stripe (card and wallet payments) or PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
Refund policy
Because every product is a digital file delivered instantly, all sales are final once your files have been delivered. We will gladly refund or replace in these cases:
- Duplicate purchase — you were charged twice, or bought the same license twice by mistake.
- Non-delivery — your files never arrived and we cannot get them to you.
- Defective or wrong files — the delivered files are corrupt or not what you ordered, and we cannot supply a corrected copy.
Send refund requests to contact@2215publishing.com within 14 days of purchase, with the email address you used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Fair use of the store
Previews on this site are for evaluation. Recording or releasing music on any beat requires a purchased license. Each license also includes content standards described in the agreement itself.
